My own journey of transformation began with the beautiful experience of motherhood. During my pregnancy, my body underwent significant changes. I found myself gaining weight and losing the sense of who I once was. The fast-paced, "get things done" lifestyle I was accustomed to came to a halt as my body demanded a slower pace. Eating and sleeping became my new routine during this period, and when my daughter was born, life seemed to move in slow motion. For the first time, I embraced this slower pace and began to appreciate the present moment.
This newfound presence allowed me to experience a deep connection with my daughter, a connection unlike any I had known before. Life was no longer just about me; it became about us. Walking this new path with her taught me the true meaning of a "real" relationship—one built on unconditional love and profound connection.
When my daughter turned five, we welcomed Nala, our Australian Shepherd, into our family. This sweet dog challenged and transformed me once again. Raising both a child and a dog highlighted the differences in nurturing methods and brought to light unresolved aspects of my own childhood. I see my daughter and Nala as my little helpers, guiding me toward healing and growth.
With a B.Sc. in Psychology, two yoga teacher trainings in Munich, and an internship at the Institute of Integrated Yogapsychology in Berlin, I combine western academic knowledge with eastern philosophy, my personal life experiences and my passion for dance to offer a holistic approach to health. True health is achieved when the mind and body are in harmony, not in conflict. I am dedicated to helping you find this balance, integrating mental and physical well-being for a healthier, more fulfilling life.
